Jayson B. Dunbar - President
Jayson was up working on roofs at age 13, getting valuable hands-on experience that has served him well to this day. After Jayson earned a degree in Business Administration, he joined his father Brad Dunbar in the family business, Jancewicz & Son. His father was the owner at the time and Jayson worked as a full-time employee with focuses on Sales and Management.
Jayson went on to purchase Jancewicz & Son in 2000. Jayson remained true to Jancewicz & Son’s reputation for high-quality work, while also putting in place a structure and vision that has allowed for tremendous growth. His leadership has resulted in recognition as one of the Top 500 Remodeling firms in the country by Qualified Remodeling Magazine each year for more than a decade.
Jayson has always put a strong emphasis on improving the customer experience by building a team of high-performing professionals. He has also used his knowledge of construction and his business skills to become a professional real estate investor and manager. He has invested in residential and commercial properties both locally and internationally.
Jayson grew up and spent the better of his life in the Bellows Falls and Walpole, NH area and currently resides in Walpole, NH with his wife Marcie and four of their five younger children. Their eldest son Travis Dunbar is employed by Jancewicz & Son as a project consultant.
Jeremy Lefebvre - General Manager
As General Manager of Jancewicz & Son, Jeremy Lefebvre is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Jeremy always stays laser-focused on delivering the best possible experience for our clients. He takes immense pride in his team, and spends a great deal of time developing their professional qualities.
Jeremy is forever the student of business management and transformational leadership, and has a 24-year background in the trades. Jeremy is a very hands-on leader, working hard every day to inspire the staff to give their best for the good of the client and the company. Jeremy lives happily in New Hampshire with his wife Michele and daughter Madison.
Doug Adams – Production Manager
With over 10 years of Production Management experience, Doug is the person that keeps our clients’ projects running smoothly and makes sure we are delivering on our promises of the highest quality installation. He enjoys working with both homeowners and his Jancewicz & Son “teammates” to produce satisfying results.
Doug is of 10 children (yes, 10!) and his parents are well-known in the community as “the angels” for their selfless work raising hundreds of foster children throughout the years. Doug has lead an active life, including being a 3-sport athlete in high school, with most of his time being dedicated to the wrestling mat. After high school, he immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force and lived in Japan as a Signals Intelligence Operator.
After his honorable discharge he accepted a job at the National Security Agency and resided in Maryland for three years, but decided to return home to New Hampshire. He enjoys time with his family of three beautiful daughters and an amazing wife.
Jill Schibley — Office Manager
Jill Schibley is the voice that you will most often hear when you call Jancewicz & Son. Her background includes various forms of customer interaction, ranging from restaurant management, social work and case management.
She is friendly, professional, and passionate about serving people in her community. Jill approaches each client as an individual and enjoys working towards their goal of home improvement. Jill is proud to be a New England native, and continues to live in southern Vermont with her husband and two adorable boys.
Tesa Jackson - Bookkeeper
Tesa keeps our books, as well as payroll and benefits. Tesa has varied experience including hotel sales management, food & beverage management, and accounting in the hospital and grocery industries. She spread her wings early in her career with jobs in locations as varied as Midland & Dallas, Texas to Worcester, Massachusetts.
A native Vermonter, Tesa just began her 10th year with Jancewicz & Son. She says her diverse and colorful career history has allowed her to meet the challenges and be successful in her current position. Tesa lives in the Connecticut River Valley and has raised a daughter who is currently in college.
Tom Rogers - Senior Estimator
Tom is the right combination of professional and patient, and he adds in a light touch of humor. Homeowners instantly feel comfortable discussing ideas, expectations, and wishes for their home improvement project.
Tom has 40+ years of experience in manufacturing and the building trades. He maintains a high level of knowledge regarding products and application procedures. His main goal is to provide the necessary and accurate information to clients so they can make an informed buying decision.
Brian Knowles – Project Consultant
Brian has always loved architecture and the construction profession and he went on to learn it from the ground up. Beginning in the early 1990’s, he worked as a painter and then went onto gain some formal education in design and construction.
He then transitioned into the building trades as a carpenter, which eventually evolved into an opportunity to join the sales team at Jancewicz & Son in 2009. Brian’s practical, hands-on knowledge in both the field and classroom is something he draws from every day to do the job he loves. He has helped countless clients resolve difficult issues and realize their home improvement dreams.
Brian is a family man who prides himself on developing long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. He was born in Brattleboro, VT, grew up on and around Stratton, VT, and currently resides full time in Chesterfield, NH with his wife Natalie, daughter Amelia, and son Stephan. A lifelong skier, Brian has been the Seasonal Programs Freeskiing Competition program director and head coach at Stratton Mountain since 2007.
Travis P. Dunbar - Project Consultant
Travis P. Dunbar represents the 3rd generation of Dunbars in this family-owned business. Formally educated in Business Management & Communications at Plymouth State University, Travis takes great pride in helping clients resolve issues in a stress-free professional manner.
Along with his role as a Project Consultant he is a tech enthusiast who enjoys developing and managing new proprietary software and tracking systems for the company
Travis currently resides in Walpole, NH with his wife Sherri, and three daughters McKenzie, McKailah, & Maci.
Macane J Dunbar - Project Consultant
Macane J Dunbar represents the 3rd generation of Dunbar’s at Jancewicz & Son, following in the footsteps of both his grandfather Brad and father Jayson. Macane’s customers have described him as charismatic, responsive, and sharp. His range of product knowledge and ability to think critically allows him to provide logical solutions to his customers problems and needs.
He has exceled at his passions: business and communication, striving to be the best at everything he puts his mind too. As a project consultant, Macane firmly believes it is the utmost importance to provide homeowners with the highest quality service and information in order to properly make a well-informed home improvement decision.
Macane currently resides in Walpole, New Hampshire.
Ryan Powers - Project Consultant
Ryan loves thinking analytically and solving practical problems, which makes him perfect for his role as a project consultant. Years of research and continuing education have fully developed his enthusiasm for building science.
Ryan is passionate about educating his clients and his solution-based proposals are precise and detailed. His pleasant demeanor and strong work ethic have earned him lasting relationships with his clients.
A southern Vermont resident for the last 30+ years, he attended Sacred Heart University and returned to the area to pursue his career aspirations. After spending a couple years in the construction industry, he pursued a career in finance and managed a high-end home furnishing business for 6+ years. He decided to return to a more personally rewarding career path, which he has found with Jancewicz & Son.
Ryan currently lives in Brattleboro, VT with his wife Danielle and their two daughters Sophia and Ella. As a former collegiate athlete Ryan enjoys anything sports-related.
Hunter Grillone - Project Consultant
The construction industry has been in Hunter’s blood from the beginning. He was born in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts where his grandfather was a contractor. He knew from a very young age that he would pursue a similar trade.
As soon as he was old enough to work, Hunter went to work for a family-owned contracting company in the Upper Valley area. But he wanted to learn the construction business from all sides, so he next spent a decade working for a local construction products distribution company. This gave him a thorough knowledge of building structure, design, and products.
Hunter loves using his years of in-depth knowledge to give Jancewicz & Son clients a truly comprehensive, problem-solving method for their projects. He enjoys sharing his expertise using a friendly, consultative approach.
Hunter resides in Charlestown, NH with his wife Melissa and his daughters Makenna, Sophia & Stella.
Matt Andrus — Project Consultant
Matt has his roots in construction. Working for local contractors during high school and college in the Lake Sunapee area. Matt graduated from the University of New Hampshire. He received a B.A. and a commission as an Officer in the United States Air Force. After four years in the USAF he returned to New Hampshire.
Matt's warm, friendly and professional. He takes a personal approach to each project, focusing on the homeowner's goals. People connect with and feel comfortable and at ease with him. Matt's an excellent communicator. His years of communication management experience enable him to deliver clear, concise project plans to each customer.
Matt is an active guy who enjoys hiking, skiing and baseball. He lives in Walpole, NH with his wife and two sons.
