We have a different philosophy. Instead of temporary labor and heavy-use of sub-contractors, we have our own employees. (We use sub-contractors on a limited basis for certain specialized tasks, but only ones we know and trust).
Instead of quick hiring and no background checks, we take our time and make sure we are hiring the best and then background check every hire.
Once we bring them on board, we instill in every employee our culture of delivering customer-centered, stress-free projects. This applies to our office staff AND our installers - everybody is responsible to make sure your experience is fantastic.
