Jayson B. Dunbar – President

Jayson was up working on roofs at age 13, getting valuable hands-on experience that has served him well to this day. After Jayson earned a degree in Business Administration, he joined his father Brad Dunbar in the family business, Jancewicz & Son. His father was the owner at the time and Jayson worked as a full-time employee with focuses on Sales and Management.

Jayson went on to purchase Jancewicz & Son in 2000. Jayson remained true to Jancewicz & Son’s reputation for high-quality work, while also putting in place a structure and vision that has allowed for tremendous growth. His leadership has resulted in recognition as one of the Top 500 Remodeling firms in the country by Qualified Remodeling Magazine each year for more than a decade.

Jayson has always put a strong emphasis on improving the customer experience by building a team of high-performing professionals. He has also used his knowledge of construction and his business skills to become a professional real estate investor and manager. He has invested in residential and commercial properties both locally and internationally.

Jayson grew up and spent the better of his life in the Bellows Falls and Walpole, NH area and currently resides in Walpole, NH with his wife Marcie and four of their five younger children. Their eldest son Travis Dunbar is employed by Jancewicz & Son as a project consultant.

Jeremy Lefebvre – Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Jancewicz & Son, Jeremy Lefebvre is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Jeremy always stays laser-focused on delivering the best possible experience for our clients. He takes immense pride in his team, and spends a great deal of time developing their professional qualities.

Jeremy is forever the student of business management and transformational leadership, and has a 24-year background in the trades. Jeremy is a very hands-on leader, working hard every day to inspire the staff to give their best for the good of the client and the company. Jeremy lives happily in New Hampshire with his wife Michele and daughter Madison.

Doug Adams – Senior Production Manager

With over 10 years of Production Management experience, Doug is the person that keeps our clients’ projects running smoothly and makes sure we are delivering on our promises of the highest quality installation. He enjoys working with both homeowners and his Jancewicz & Son “teammates” to produce satisfying results.

Doug is of 10 children (yes, 10!) and his parents are well-known in the community as “the angels” for their selfless work raising hundreds of foster children throughout the years. Doug has lead an active life, including being a 3-sport athlete in high school, with most of his time being dedicated to the wrestling mat. After high school, he immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force and lived in Japan as a Signals Intelligence Operator.

After his honorable discharge he accepted a job at the National Security Agency and resided in Maryland for three years, but decided to return home to New Hampshire. He enjoys time with his son, four beautiful daughters and amazing wife.

Ryan Powers – Sales Manager

With 8+ years as a Project Consultant at Jancewicz & Son, evaluating thousands of homes, and nearly a decade of managerial experience Ryan brings an analytical, highly customer service-oriented leadership to his team that focuses on a solution-based sales approach.

A southern Vermont/New Hampshire resident for the last 40+ years, he attended Sacred Heart University and returned to the area to pursue his career aspirations. After spending a couple years in the construction industry, he pursued a career in finance and managed a high-end home furnishing business and a commercial events venue. He decided to return to a more personally rewarding career path, which he has found with Jancewicz & Son.

As a former collegiate athlete, Ryan enjoys anything sports-related, but his main hobbies are golf and basketball. Beekeeping is a new endeavor for the Powers’ household which helps with the pollination of their numerous fruit trees on their property. Ryan currently lives in Chesterfield, NH with his wife Danielle and their two daughters Sophia and Ella.

Debra Leonard — Human Resource Manager / Office Manager

Debra comes to Jancewicz & Son with 35+ combined years of Administrative/Office Management with a strong emphasis on customer service. Her background includes various forms of customer interaction, which also involves scheduling client needs, case management, and acting as health insurance coordinator.

Deb is a friendly and passionate professional. Her diverse career has always been centered around her life’s work of customer service. Debra is proud to be a native of New England.

Tesa Jackson – Bookkeeper

Tesa keeps our books, as well as payroll and benefits. Tesa has varied experience including hotel sales management, food & beverage management, and accounting in the hospital and grocery industries. She spread her wings early in her career with jobs in locations as varied as Midland & Dallas, Texas to Worcester, Massachusetts.

A native Vermonter, Tesa just began her 10th year with Jancewicz & Son. She says her diverse and colorful career history has allowed her to meet the challenges and be successful in her current position. Tesa lives in the Connecticut River Valley and has raised a daughter who is currently in college.

Kenny Roy – Buyer/Planner

Kenny comes to Jancewicz & Son with 16+ years of Manufacturing and Production experience. Kenny believes that with hard work, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic that anything is possible and can lead to great things.

Kenny’s role with Jancewicz & Son started as Project Manager in our Spray Foam Insulation division and has since moved into our Buyer/Planner position. With Kenny’s hard work and dedication to his Buyer/Planner role, he assisted in the development of several systems that incorporate quality and efficiency.

When Kenny is not at work, he can be found in the great outdoors enjoying hiking, playing basketball in a pickup league, and playing sports with his sons. Kenny also enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, listening to music, and watching movies.

Jason Tefft – Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager at Jancewicz & Son, Jason is highly active in our Safety Program as well as overseeing the quality of our roofing teams. For 16+ years, Jason has focused primarily on our standing seam. He has also assisted with the development of a system that incorporates efficiency and quality in both sales and production. Jason’s incredible attention to detail allows him to provide the best possible experience to our clients. Jason takes immense pride in Jancewicz & Son’s work.

Jon Aumand – Superintendent

Jon Aumand - Superintendent

I was born and raised in North Walpole, NH, the second youngest of eight children. I have been into construction for approximately 42 years. I started in the field of carpentry, starting in my teen years where I would work alongside my father, who was my teacher, and his love of this profession passed over to me and I have continued with it ever since in many different aspects. I have done everything from frame to finish. I have built many homes and have been a part of many projects in the tri state area to include supervising large projects. With the team we have right now there is no project too large we can’t handle.

When I’m not working, I enjoy following all the different New England sports teams and spending time with my wife, four grown daughters and son in laws. Sports were a big part of my family growing up, particularly basketball which has continued to this day with my own family. I coached my four daughters in all levels from rec ball to high school varsity.

Shandi Nicholas – Superintendent

Shandi Nicholas

With over 20 years of roofing experience, Shandi is extremely knowledgeable in all types of roofing product and installation. He has exceptional attention to detail and is able to solve any problem that may arise. Shandi has personally trained many of the roofers that perform work on our customers homes and businesses.

Shandi holds himself and his crews to the highest standard of safety and craftsmanship. He takes great pride in effectively communicating with his people and all Jancewicz & Son clients. His combination of skills, leadership, and communication create an exceptional experience for both our people and our clients.

Hunter Grillone – Project Consultant

The construction industry has been in Hunter’s blood from the beginning. He was born in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts where his grandfather was a contractor. He knew from a very young age that he would pursue a similar trade.

As soon as he was old enough to work, Hunter went to work for a family-owned contracting company in the Upper Valley area. But he wanted to learn the construction business from all sides, so he next spent a decade working for a local construction products distribution company. This gave him a thorough knowledge of building structure, design, and products.

Hunter loves using his years of in-depth knowledge to give Jancewicz & Son clients a truly comprehensive, problem-solving method for their projects. He enjoys sharing his expertise using a friendly, consultative approach.

Hunter resides in Charlestown, NH with his wife Melissa and his daughters Makenna, Sophia & Stella.

Travis P. Dunbar – Project Consultant

Travis P. Dunbar represents the 3rd generation of Dunbars in this family-owned business. Formally educated in Business Management & Communications at Plymouth State University, Travis takes great pride in helping clients resolve issues in a stress-free professional manner.

Along with his role as a Project Consultant he is a tech enthusiast who enjoys developing and managing new proprietary software and tracking systems for the company

Travis currently resides in Walpole, NH with his wife Sherri, and three daughters McKenzie, McKailah, & Maci.

Nate Shipman – Project Consultant

Nate has always had a passion for building science and loves helping clients develop the best solutions to meet their home improvement needs. The relationships Nate builds with every client sets the cornerstone for project success. He prides himself on providing the highest quality service and information, so the client can make an educated decision regarding their home improvement project.

Nate comes from a background that includes healthcare, healthcare financial management, and case management. He is professional, detail oriented, and passionate about helping members of his community.

Nate loves anything involving the outdoors but finds his center through gardening and bee keeping. He currently lives in Vernon Vermont with his amazing wife Margaret and son Lewis.

Jesse Best – Project Consultant

Jesse Best

Jesse values how important it is to take the time to understand your needs and desired outcome of your home improvement project. He will take the time to build a solid understanding of what you are trying to achieve and has a creative mind with a direct approach to ensure project success and durability. Jesse is passionate about not just getting the job done, but achieving your vision for your property.

Jesse grew up in Pacific Northwest Washington and has also lived in Colorado, Florida, and California. He now resides in Keene NH, with his wife Heather (a Keene native) and their two sons, Rowan and Sawyer. He comes from a real estate background where he worked as a Realtor and Operations manager. This real estate background helps Jesse see projects through an objective lens, helping to ensure you get immediate enjoyment and to help protect your returns on your investment down the road

Focused on relationships and trust, Jesse prioritizes the time and care needed to walk you through the information and process(s), helping to ensure you are aware, informed, and comfortable not just up to the installation, but for years to come. His goal is to exceed your expectations and earn your business for life.

Sean Glasscock – Project Consultant

Sean Glasscock

When you meet Sean expect to encounter a genuine caring individual with a smile that you cannot help but reciprocate and a serious lifelong passion for learning and serving people. He is not just a smiling face though, as his optimistic and practical problem-solving demeanor is backed up by diverse construction industry experience.

Sean has been learning the construction trades with a hands-on approach since he was 12 years old, growing up through his teens and early 20’s helping to build homes from the ground up. Whether it is setting concrete forms, framing, roofing, finish trim or anything in-between he has had his hands in many aspects of the home building process. From that foundation, Sean further diversified his construction knowledge by spending 6 years as a municipal building inspector and holds many ICC certifications. He has also undergone all the necessary training to be a NH home inspector. This experience was topped off by working with one of the areas leading building supply companies to gain an understanding of the supply side of the industry.

Sean lives in the Dartmouth Lake Sunapee region where he was born and raised. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley, who is also from the area. They have three children together and have intentionally decided to continue to grow roots in the area. Sean and Ashley have a deep love for the community and are known for their kind, caring and traditional family values.

Stephen Coombs – Project Consultant

Stephen Coombs

Steve has been passionate about buildings and architecture since he was a child. He and his family built their home from the ground up when he was 13. His experience includes 14 years as a municipal building inspector and health officer, 10 plus years designing post & beam homes and commercial buildings and many years in commercial and residential construction. Troubleshooting, problem solving and listening are some of Steve’s greatest strengths, both professional and personal. Outside of his professional world, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, boating, fishing and playing cornhole.
